Campus Ownership and Beautification Project

The project consists of regularly picking up trash on the University of Delaware campus and writing a one to two page paper about the experience due at the end of term. It is an extra credit project and you do not have to do it to do well in the class. It is worth one step in your grade. For example, if you have an A- and complete the project you will get and A for your grade.

However, you must choose to be in the project by the third class meeting, and if you choose to participate you must complete the project or you will get a one step penalty in your grade – so it’s in or out from the start. In the past many students have found the project quite satisfying.
